Project Overview

When Rock & Bowl – Vapi’s first-ever all-in-one entertainment hub offering bowling, arcade games, pool tables, Kids City, vending games, and a café partnered with The Crowners, the brand had no digital presence and zero followers.

Our objective was to build the brand from the ground up, creating its identity, visual language, and communication strategy to establish Rock & Bowl as the go-to destination for fun, family time, and youth entertainment in South Gujarat.

Challenges We Faced

  • Introducing an entirely new entertainment concept to the Vapi audience.

  • Educating and exciting diverse demographics — families, kids, and youngsters — under one brand tone.

  • Maintaining organic growth and engagement while optimizing a small ad budget.

Strategy & Approach

Phase 1 – The Launch: “Coming Soon” Campaign

We began with a teaser-style launch campaign that built intrigue and anticipation across the local audience.

  • Branding: Developed the complete brand identity — from logo and color palette to tone, typography, and visual direction.

  • Coming Soon Rollout: Introduced Rock & Bowl through minimal teaser posts, countdown stories, and sneak-peek visuals to generate curiosity.

  • Goal: Build awareness and brand personality — energetic, modern, and family-friendly.

This phase successfully created buzz even before the launch, gathering early followers and positioning Rock & Bowl as something new and exciting in town.


Phase 2 – Social Media & Influencer Growth

After launch, we focused on building a community-driven social media presence that highlighted real experiences and emotions.

  • Content Campaign: Created engaging reels, story posts, and carousel creatives capturing games, laughter, café ambience, and group moments — all designed to spark FOMO.

  • Influencer Marketing: Collaborated with local and regional influencers to create authentic UGC/YGC (Your Generated Content) that showcased real experiences, helping Rock & Bowl trend across the Vapi–Daman region.

  • Meta Ads (₹10,000 Budget): Ran a targeted ad campaign from Mumbai to Surat, focusing on families, youngsters, and leisure audiences. Ad creatives and influencer clips were optimized for maximum reach and engagement, delivering exceptional ROI despite the limited budget.
