Campaign Overview
The Crowners worked with The Bell Tower to execute a two-phase marketing journey — starting months before the New Year. Our goal was to build consistent visibility, drive room bookings, and set the stage for the biggest year-end event in Daman and Vapi.
Phase 1 – Pre-Buzz Campaign
During the rainy season, The Bell Tower’s hotel rooms had almost no online presence. We identified this gap and created a visual showcase campaign highlighting the property’s stay experience, interiors, and ambience.
Hotel Room Promotion: Crafted lifestyle-driven visuals and short reels for Meta ads.
Result: Achieved 100% occupancy within the campaign period — a first for the property.
Insight Gained: High engagement from Daman-Vapi audiences indicated a strong local travel and staycation interest.
Building on this, we executed a December 7th pre-party promotion, testing audience interest and ad responsiveness. This served as a real-time data collection phase for the upcoming New Year campaign.
Phase 2 – New Year Blast 2025 Campaign
